The Mystery of the Vanishing Treasure:
The boys are present at a museum when a daring robbery takes place. Forbidden to help on that case, the Investigators are contacted by Alfred Hitchcock to help a friend of his who has been beset by gnomes. Unknown to the boys, the case of gnomes and the museum robbery are connected by a group of clever criminals.

The Mystery of the Moaning Cave:
The boys travel to a ranch to investigate a cave that has unexplainably begun moaning and discover that the moaning is related to a diamond robbery and a long-dead bandit named El Diablo.

The Mystery of the Talking Skull:
Jupiter becomes the winner at an auction of a trunk belonging to a former magician. Among the items in the trunk is a skull that seems to talk. The skull leads them into a mystery where they must deduce the location of money that has been missing from a bank robbery for some years.

The Mystery of the Laughing Shadow:
Bob and Pete encounter a laughing shadow one evening, and the boys discover that the shadow is related to a kidnapping and to the lost Chumash Hoard.

The Secret of the Crooked Cat:
The Investigators make friends with a boy whose father owns a carnival, and they must discover why someone is committing acts of sabotage in an attempt to steal a stuffed crooked cat.

The Mystery of the Coughing Dragon:
The boys are asked by Alfred Hitchcock to help a friend of his who has seen a dragon in the ocean. The Investigators encounter a gadget-inventor who has grand plans to commit a daring robbery.

The Mystery of the Flaming Footprints:
A local eccentric potter disappears from the Jones Salvage Yard, and the Three Investigators join in the search to find him. The Potter's relatives come to visit and witness the presence of flaming footprints in the Potter's house.

The Mystery of the Nervous Lion:
Alfred Hitchcock asks the boys to discover why a tamed lion at a local jungle park is suddenly not behaving normally. The boys encounter several escaped animals before learning that their case is linked to diamond smuggling from Africa.

The Mystery of the Singing Serpent:
The Investigators get involved in a case dealing with the paranormal. Their client is a young girl whose aunt is part of a dark group of individuals who meet to worship a serpent who sings.

The Mystery of the Shrinking House:
Jupe, Pete, and Bob are called to recover items accidentally sold from a dead man's estate. Their quest leads them to twenty paintings that show a house that shrinks.

The Secret of Phantom Lake:
While picking up a load of junk, the boys acquire a trunk from an old ship. A journal from a crewman is hidden in the trunk, giving clues to find a treasure that he hid before his death.

The Mystery of Monster Mountain:
The boys accompany Hans and Konrad on a vacation to the mountains to visit their cousin. However, the cousin is acting strangely, and the boys must uncover a sinister kidnapping scheme.

The Secret of the Haunted Mirror:
The owner of a mirror that formerly belonged to a magician retains the Three Investigators to investigate the appearance of the former owner in the mirror's glass.

The Mystery of the Dead Man's Riddle:
Alfred Hitchcock is named as an executor of a will for a man who left his fortune to the first person who can solve his riddles and find the loot. Alfred Hitchcock contacts the boys to help the family find the treasure before an outsider can locate it.

The Mystery of the Invisible Dog:
The boys are contacted to investigate a young man's ability to be in two places at the same time and get involved in the theft of a crystal statue of a Carpathian hound.

The Mystery of Death Trap Mine:
The boys travel to New Mexico on a working vacation but become engaged in a mystery surrounding an old silver mine and a bank robbery that occurred five years before.

The Mystery of the Dancing Devil:
The boys initially are trying to find why someone is stealing black cases from neighborhood homes. In trying to catch the thief, the boys encounter a live incarnation of a devilish statue.

The Mystery of the Headless Horse:
Jupe, Pete, and Bob try to help a classmate from school in his quest to find a treasure that will help save his family's land.

The Mystery of the Magic Circle:
The Investigators are working part-time for a book publisher and are called upon to help solve a mystery involving a real-life witch.

The Mystery of the Deadly Double:
Jupiter is mistakenly kidnapped because he resembles the son of an overseas political leader. After Jupe escapes, the boys must find Jupe's double before the kidnappers strike again.

The Mystery of the Sinister Scarecrow:
The boys set off on a buying spree for the Jones Salvage Yard and encounter a living scarecrow.

The Secret of Shark Reef:
Bob's father takes the boys to an offshore oil drilling platform as an educational trip, and the boys get involved in a mystery that dates back to World War II.

The Mystery of the Scar-Faced Beggar:
The boys are on the trail of a gang of robbers who use a lookout disguised as a scar-faced beggar.

The Mystery of the Blazing Cliffs:
While on a junk-buying expedition to a remote ranch, a flying saucer appears, resulting in the boys and the occupants being kept on the ranch for their safety. As the Three Investigators probe the mysterious appearance of the flying object, they discover that a gang of clever criminals is trying to make off with a fortune.

The Mystery of the Purple Pirate:
Legends of the treasure of the Purple Pirate are revived, and the boys are in a race to see if they can uncover the treasure.

The Mystery of the Wandering Caveman:
A caveman's bones disappear from a museum in a daring episode, and the boys' investigation leads them to the conclusion that much more is involved than the theft of the bones.

The Mystery of the Kidnapped Whale:
The boys are on a case to discover why people are so interested in a young whale, and their detective work uncovers that the whale can lead to a missing treasure.

The Mystery of the Missing Mermaid:
A young boy is missing, and the Three Investigators are asked to help track him down. One of the clues in the case is a mermaid statue in a curio shop that mysteriously disappears.

The Mystery of the Blazing Cliffs:
Hired to help discover why a woman's pet birds are being killed, the boys' detective work leads them to a clever pearl-smuggling operation.

The Mystery of the Smashing Glass:
Car windows are being smashed all over town, and the Three Investigators decide to track down the perpetrators. Their search involves them in a double case, both of which must be solved to discover why the windows are being smashed.

The Mystery of the Trail of Terror:
The boys travel with Pete's inventor grandfather cross-country but quickly discover that they are the target of criminals throughout the entire journey. In between eluding the constant attacks, the boys must solve a case involving a spy who sells national defense secrets.

The Mystery of the Rogues' Reunion:
Jupiter is asked to participate in a reunion of the television show in which he starred as a toddler. Unfortunately, there is a diabolical scheme afoot, and the boys must determine which of the Wee Rogues may be a criminal.


The Mystery of the Creep-Show Crooks:
While trying to track down a missing aspiring actress, the boys stumble onto a larger sinister plot involving the people in show business.

The Mystery of Wreckers' Rock:
While taking pictures of a family reunion on Wreckers' Rock, the boys unintentionally are drawn into a mystery involving theft, vandalism, and insurance fraud.

The Mystery of the Cranky Collector:
Hired as temporary waiters for a dinner party, the boys are drawn into a kidnapping case involving a book collector whom no one seems to like.
